Kadir Doğan completed his undergraduate education at Kocaeli University's Department of Mechanical Engineering. Doğan, who is pursuing his master's degree in Defense Technologies at Istanbul Technical University, was involved in the design of the TS-1400 engine, Turkey's first national turboshaft engine, and the KTJ-3200, Turkey's first turbojet engine. Doğan is engaged in various projects in both engineering and defense technologies. Doğan has designed various fluid flow systems, secondary flow systems, and control systems for gas turbine engines. He is also the author of the report titled “Drone Threats to Turkey: The PKK Terrorist Organization and Iran's Militia Organizations.” He works as a researcher at the Türkiye Research Foundation.
