Mehmet Emre Kahraman is pursuing his doctoral studies at King's College London. He completed his undergraduate studies at Istanbul University Faculty of Political Sciences in 2020. He received his master's degree in 2023 at King's College London with his thesis titled “Security Dilemma in Alliances: The Case of NATO-Germany from an Ontological Security Theory Perspective.” His areas of expertise include international relations theories, security, terrorism, foreign policy analysis, alliances, and NATO. He works as a researcher at the Türkiye Research Foundation.
