Muhammed Şerif is pursuing his doctoral studies at King's College London on the topic of “Military Employment Policies in the Baltic States.” Şerif completed his undergraduate education at Boğaziçi University's Department of Sociology in 2015 and received his master's degree in Education Policy from University College London in 2017. His areas of research include conscription and professional military service, NATO, and Baltic security policies. He works as a researcher at the Türkiye Research Foundation.
