Dr. Mustafa Arslan is a faculty member at the Faculty of Communication at Ankara Medipol University. He completed his undergraduate and graduate education at the Department of Political Science at the University of Vienna between 2001 and 2008. He received his PhD from the Department of Sociology at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University with a thesis titled “The Political Socialization Processes of Turks Living in Germany.” He is the Founding President of the Ankara Center for Diaspora and Diplomacy Studies. His areas of expertise include migration, diaspora, and diplomacy. He works as a researcher at the Türkiye Research Foundation.
