Dr. Mustafa Berat Keskin completed his bachelor's and master's degrees in the Department of Political Science at the University of Vienna. He wrote his master's thesis on “Die Rolle der internationalen Organisationen im Kosovo-Konflikt” (The Role of International Organizations in the Kosovo Conflict). He received his doctorate from the Department of History at the University of Vienna in 2024 with a thesis titled “Die diplomatischen Beziehungen zwischen Österreich und der Türkei in der Zwischenkriegszeit” (Diplomatic Relations between Austria and Turkey in the Interwar Period). His areas of expertise include Türkiye-EU relations, Turkish foreign policy, and international relations. As of October 2025, he is serving as an Assistant Professor at the Türk-Alman University. He also continues his work as a researcher at the Türkiye Research Foundation.
