Dr. Ozan Ahmet Gökçe completed his undergraduate education at Istanbul Commerce University's Department of International Relations in 2015. He earned his master's degree from Marmara University's Department of International Relations with a thesis titled “Turkey's Place and Contribution in the Changing Global Security Governance after 2001.” He earned his doctorate from the same university in 2023 with his thesis titled “Understanding Strategic Culture in the 21st Century: A Comparative Analysis of Continuity and Change in Turkey and South Korea.” His areas of expertise include international organizations, international economics, South Korean politics, and Turkish foreign policy. He works as a researcher at the Türkiye Research Foundation.
