Saleh Hafez completed his undergraduate education in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Yıldız Technical University in 2019. He completed his master's degree at Istanbul University's Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Political Science and International Relations, with a thesis titled “Decision-Making Processes of Armies in Times of Crisis and the Impact of Previous Experiences: Egypt 2011 and Algeria 2019.” Hafez is currently pursuing his doctoral studies in the Sociology program at Ibn Haldun University. His areas of research include Civil-Military Relations, Middle Eastern and North African Politics.
