Dr. Selim Dursun works as an expert at the Revenue Administration. He completed his undergraduate education at Istanbul University Faculty of Economics, Department of International Relations in 2003. Dursun received his master's degree from Sakarya University in 2011 with a thesis titled “Georgia and the Autonomous Republic of Adjara in the Context of Regional State and Autonomy Concepts.” He also received his doctorate from the same university in 2018 with a thesis titled "Small State Foreign Policy Analysis: The Case Studies of Georgia and Tunisia." His areas of expertise include regional security, weak state foreign policy, and power transition. He works as a researcher at the Türkiye Research Foundation.
