Dr. Sibel Bülbül Pehlivan earned her doctorate degree from Istanbul University's Department of Political Science and International Relations in 2021 with her thesis titled “Saudi Arabia's Security Strategies 2000-2020.” She received her master's degree in 2015 from Istanbul University, again from the same department. She completed her bachelor's degree in Religious Culture and Ethics Teaching at Marmara University. Her areas of expertise include regional security policies and strategies, state behavior and regional power dynamics, security theories and tools, and foreign policy analysis. Since 2015, she has worked on and implemented various public benefit projects in different fields.
